Industrial Technology (East Carolina University)
East Carolina University's Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology degree will prepare you for a professional career managing, operating, and maintaining complex technological systems in business, industry, education, or government.
You will acquire a strong background in management, which will allow you to function well in either technical or decision-making careers, and then you will tailor your curriculum to your specific career goal by choosing a concentration in industrial supervision, information and computer technology, industrial distribution and logistics, manufacturing systems, or bioprocess manufacturing.
This program is designed as a bachelor's completion program for students who already hold a qualifying associate in applied science degree in an industrial- or technology-related field.
The courses in the online major are the same courses offered in the on-campus program and are designed and taught by the regular faculty. Course delivery is both synchronous and asynchronous, enhanced by various interactive Internet-based learning applications, including streaming audio and video.
